About Us
INetPlus was incorporated in August of 2005 with a mission of providing broadband wireless internet to the rural areas of Perry County, Missouri. The corporation has 4 members, all of whom are Perry County residents and have been business friends for approximately 5 years.
Clinton Brandon is the President of the Corporation and the "computer expert" of the company. He has been employed by Gilster Mary Lee as a Network Administrator for 5 years. Prior to that, he had his own business in computers and networking Clinton is certified by the Microsoft Corporation.
Joyce Helmers is the company's Secretary. She is also the Secretary of Romann Farms, Inc., overseeing the financial business of the family farm. In addition to the farm, she is a partner in B & H Properties, a company that owns rental properties in Perryville. Most recently, Joyce co-owned and was Administrator of Montclair Residential Care in Perryville. That business was sold in June of 2005. Joyce and her husband Harlan are actively involved in the day to day activities of INetPlus. When you call us, you will most likely get to talk to Joyce since the INetPlus office is located at the Farm office. Joyce and her husband Harlan also owns Helmer's Fireworks located on Hwy 51 by the Chester bridge.
